The Situation: Cottonwood School is a toddler, pre-K, and elementary school with a Montessori focus. They wanted to better highlight the school's uniqueness in the local community to current and prospective families.

Client Pains: The New Mexico State Land Office needed assistance formatting and revising their Oil and Gas Manual. The updates needed to be made within Microsoft Word and converted into Adobe Acrobat PDF format so that readers could navigate through the electronic document easily. The office staff was on a deadline and was encountering technical issues that they couldn't resolve.

Client Pains: The New Mexico Department of Transportation needed to compile an updated strategic planning document for the upcoming fiscal year. The document would contain elements from individuals across at least 4 divisions, so they needed to ensure the document had a smooth, consistent voice. Lastly, there were formatting and layout issues in the prior year's strategic plan that needed to be fixed.

Client Pains: The founders of JD Instruments, LLC were focused on creating the next innovation for their integrated circuit testers and semiconductor test systems. They had recently upgraded their systems and needed to have their technical documentation and training materials updated to match these changes. JD Instruments wanted to work with a strong technical writer and instructional designer who was tech-savvy enough to learn their hardware and software.

Client Pains: The CPE Store was experiencing high demand for new courses for their Certified Public Accountant customers. They needed someone who could write study guides and final exams based on accounting, business, and marketing texts in a tight timeframe.

Client Pains: Cengage Learning needed a subject matter expert and instructional designer to create content for a new office information management bachelor degree program for one of their clients. The college staff wanted to have an industry professional/instructional designer with deep experience in the latest technology, virtual office management, and general office trends. Also, they wanted to ensure that the technical content was strong enough to prepare the students to take the exams for the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification.

The Situation: The Management Assistance Group (MAG) had started creating a new Website to showcase their new program, the Network Leadership Innovation Lab (NLIL). The site would act as a hub to share their research and resources in the social justice sector.

Client Pains: Human Resource Management Association of New Mexico (HRMA) is a volunteer-based organization with a large board. We made the prior version of their site 5 years ago. Since then, their membership and event procedures have changed as a result of the changes in leadership. The site software and workflows needed to be updated to match these changes. Also, the site needed to allow the busy board members to quickly get in and get what they need.

Client Pains: International Antiviral Society of America (IAS-USA) is a nonprofit physician education organization. They were tasked by two medical professional societies, American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD) and the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) to build a collaborative site for clinicians treating Hepatitis C. The official name of the site would be Recommendations for Testing, Managing, and Treating Hepatitis C.

Client Pains: The Colby Foundation wanted to upgrade their Website functionality making it more automated and easier for the staff to maintain. Also, they wanted a fresh, Web design that better showcased the foundation's namesake, their purpose, donor and recipient success stories, and their endowment series at a glance. In its prior state, the Website admin had to take several time-consuming steps in order to make updates across the different areas of the site.
